Welcome to the seventh grade Wiki at North Shore Congregation Israel Goodman Center for Jewish Education
We are thrilled to welcome you to the exciting world of seventh grade at North Shore Congregation Israel. This year our students will be piloting a new program that will allow them to take advantage of Web 2.0 technology to collaborate on projects with other seventh grade students. We will be constructing our own wiki for each topic that we choose to explore. Topics range from the first Jewish settelments in the New World to American Jewish Immigration, from Colonial American Jewry to the foundation of the State of Israel. Our wikis will grow and change as we learn. Students will be working directly online during class using our new laptops and netbooks. Please check in often to see our progress.
